Please don't order anything, even if you have heard that someone had purchased from them something before. Definitely not as it is now. Probably they are trying to close it and run away... otherwise I can't believe that such thing was happening to me. Waited for over 55 working days. Then had to contact the post proactively several times, then confirm the value of the goods, then had to pay extra 65 USD for local delivery and customs. Oh, no delivery to final address, with all the correct address details. The customer service is worst ever. No refund, Even though in the order and further conversation it was mentioned by them that all costs are covered. Never, never order anything from
Them, guys! And. The parcel came all squeezed
My parcel is 65 days in transit already, and it's still counting as it stuck in Singapore. They declined refund request, just the worst service ever

You can purchase with confidence. Lately I bought Shibella Cosmetics Wing Stamp Eyeliner and I could say that it is the best one I ever used. Their price versus quality is perfect. I am happy also with their customer service. I strongly reccomend.

As a first time user I cannot yet comment too much as goods have not yet been received.
I've been to this site a million of times before and never bought anything because of its design... Didn't give me the security and professional sensation. Thought it was some China site or anything like that, but then I heard that a friend of a friend of mine bought something from this site and she received her product and it looked original.
looking forward to receiving my eye cream will give a review after receive it

Yes, they are not willing to help at all. They only kept saying they can't help even it is a simple technical issue which they may solve it by few clicks in their server. Their customer service is really the worst in my online shopping experience ever!
